This is a practice based on collaboration to produce well-thought out designs that merge the best scenarios of regenerative passive strategies, client briefs, uniqueness in form and a logged process that shows the progression of idea into reality. It is led by a passionate and innovative architect with +10 years of experience across the Caribbean and Southern Africa, specializing in sustainable design; concept development, 3D visualization, and technical resolution; registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

Led and completed multiple high-end residential projects with budgets exceeding $1,000,000, managing client meetings, council submissions, contractor coordination & collaboration, and seamless handover to the project manager/Builder.

Implemented BIM 360 software to establish efficient workflows, reducing project timelines by 15% and improving team productivity.
- 03
Spearheaded the adoption of Twinmotion and an embedded BIM modelling AI rendering bot for enhanced client presentations, streamlining communication and decision-making processes.

Co-authored and published Chasing Paradise in Cayman, a photographic book, and various other publications that highlight creative ideation & self-driven initiative. Another book is currently underway!
