The Signature Concept is a comprehensive concept design package that communicates a complete architectural vision for your project. This tier explores form, spatial sequence, site integration, and architectural identity in a cohesive presentation. The outcome is a clear and compelling design narrative that can be shared with partners, investors, or future design teams as the foundation for full architectural development. This concept does include approved stamped drawings with the local authority should the project be based in Southern Africa. It also involves the mandatory appointment of a structural engineer and land surveyor for accuracy in the concept and regulation purposes. It does not include any post approved stamped drawings services such as construction mediation, site visits or the updating of any changes that may occur onsite.. Depending on the project and client, the appointment of a structural engineer and land surveyor may be mandatory to visualize the concept - an added compensation by the client. This concept package is limited to three major design changes.
